The cuisine is based entirely on the F.X. Mayr principles and is tailored to the individual needs of each guest. From homemade spelt and buckwheat pancakes to finely balanced broths and herbal teas – the diet supports the healing process, stimulates digestion and brings the body back into balance. Together with their doctor, guests choose the appropriate nutritional level, which includes sheep and goat yoghurt as well as various spreads and the rich foods of Austrian nature.
